Summary : After a traumatism, a patient having a peripheral flaccid paraplegia in its syndrome variety of the tail of horse has benefitted during 9 month of sessions of acupuncture. Points have been chosen according to precepts of the Chinese traditional Medicine, manner to regularize Yang Ming by hunting perverse energies (Xié) : GB 34 (Yanglingquan), GB 39 (Xuanzhong), GB 41 (Zulinqi), ST 36 (Zusanli), SP 6 (Sanyinjiao) , GV 4 (Mingmen), K 3 (Taixi), LIV 3 (Taichong), BL 62 (Shenmai), BL 18 (Ganshu), BL 23 (Shenshu), EP 21 (Huatuojiaji). The analysis of the processing to the light of publications of the international literature has allowed to evaluate the place of the acupuncture in all pathologies "Wei" that correspond to paraplegias.
