The sleeping disorders of the newborn, frequent motive of consultation may have
the benefit of an electroacupunctural treatement associating cutaneous stimulation
and electroacupuncture of "the fosses du Qi" (Qi holes) : Neiguan (MH6), Daling
(MH7), Shenmen (H7), Taiyuan (LU9), Zhaohai (K6), Shenmai (BL62), Yintang (EP1)
et Baihui (GV20).
After recalling the defenition of insomnia according to occidental medicine, then
according to chinese traditional medicine, the study will explain the choice of
the points according to the texts, the whole applied to the particular physiology
of the newborn. Previously, six observations will have illustraded these various
purposes.
