Résumé : Carpal tunnel syndrome, resulting from an irritation or a compression of the median nerve in the carpal duct in the wrist is the cause of pains provoking sleeplessness at night, especially among women. After a short chapter describing the Western nosology, five observations serve as the basis for the proposition of an acupunctural protocole based on the therapeutic technique of the treatment of the tendino muscular area of the the meridian of the Pericardium Channel (Shou Jue Yin). The Points used are thus MC 7 (Daling), MC 6 (Neiguan), MC 5 (Jianshi), Mc 9 (Zhongchong), VB 22 (Yuanye) but also TR 5 (Waiguan), all of which is explained with the help of chrono acupunctural data. In conclusion, the author cites several other protocols coming from bibliographical research .
